AURUM METALLICUM 200 CH, 5 drops twice a week, provided that the patient is in the depressive phase.

If in the manic phase, HYOSCIAMUS 6 CH, 5 drops twice a day.

If experiencing violence: STRAMONIUM 6 CH, 5 drops twice a day.
